FIVE!
I can’t believe Kristie in Carolina turns five today! If you told me five years ago I’d still be doing this blog, I’m not sure that I would have believed you. What better way to celebrate than with a fun, pink outfit?
To celebrate five years, I want to share five fun facts with you about me, Kristie in Carolina, and five favorite posts from the past year. First, I have to share my obligatory anniversary balloon pics π So, just keep on scrolling to get to the good parts.
Five Fun Facts
- Taylor, my husband, and I met just four days after I moved to North Carolina six years ago. I didn’t know a soul when I moved!
- I launched Kristie in Carolina on the 1st anniversary of my move to NC.
- I went to school for fashion merchandising and I still work in the fashion industry! I’ve known I wanted to work in fashion since I was about 10 years old.
- October is my favorite month; it’s my birthday month! I absolutely love summer, but I think fall is my favorite. I just love the crisp air and sweater weather!
- Reading is one of my favorite pastimes. I love sharing book reviews here with you, but I wish I shared even more of them. Maybe that will be a goal for year six π

This last year has been one of the most fun years of blogging for me. I have absolutely loved sharing all of our wedding planning and festivities with you. I almost picked all wedding related posts to be my favorites, but I thought I would give you some variety π
