“I just like to smile. Smiling’s my favorite” – Buddy the Elf – Just like Buddy the Elf, smiling is my favorite too!  I truly believe a smile is one of the best accessories you can wear.  My smile has always been something I’m proud of, but I also enjoy an occasional glass of red wine and drink sweet tea like it’s water.  Unfortunately, these two favorites aren’t known for keeping smiles bright and white.    In the past, I’ve done the teeth whitening kits you can purchase at the store for under $50 instead of spending$200 for an office visit. It had been a little over a year since I used a whitening kit, so I was so excited when Smile Brilliant reached out to me to try out their product*.  A professional quality whitening kit without the visit to the dentist?! I couldn’t resist. How does it work?I first answered a few questions about my dental history and then was sent a kit to begin my whitening journey. The kit includes everything you need to make custom molds of your teeth.  Once I made the molds, I shipped them to Smile Brilliant in the envelope provided. One week later I had my very own custom whitening trays waiting for me!  As soon as I had the trays, I was able to begin whitening.    The whitening process is super simple.  The kit includes syringes of dental whitening gel and desensitizing gel.  These syringes last about three sessions each.
