It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner and the holiday season is quickly approaching. Where has the year gone?! Other than enjoying a delicious meal (of course!) and spending time with family and friends, dressing comfortably, yet stylish, is a favorite of mine during Thanksgiving.

I think a dress rather than jeans is perfect for Thanksgiving because I know I’m going to eat so much yummy food! I am always more comfortable in a dress and then I know I will be food-coma ready. 😉

If you read my last post, Falling for Sweater Weather, you know Burgundy is a favorite color of mine to wear in the fall. This dress is no exception! The fabric is also SO comfortable which makes the dress easy to wear all day.

One way that I like to style a dress so it is a little warmer during fall and winter is by adding a blanket scarf. I think this can give your look more dimension. A blanket scarf is also a great way to add a pop of a pattern or color!

For my accessories, I chose my go-to fall earrings that work nicely with the colors in the scarf and dress. I mixed gold and tortoise shell for the bracelets to keep it classic.
