Wow – eight years of Kristie in Carolina!

Instead of sharing my favorite posts over the last year (because there are only two lol!), I’ll share eight fun facts about me.

Eight Fun Facts

1. I moved to NC nine years ago! I started Kristie in Carolina the year after I moved.
2. I met Taylor only FOUR days after I moved here.
3. We are expecting baby #2 in February!
4. I was an extra in an early season of the TV show Nashville.
5. I was in the Rascal Flatts/Natasha Bedingfield “Easy” music video.
6. I’m very involved in the Junior League of Winston-Salem. I’ll be president of the League in 2025-2026!
7. One day, I’d love to own my own business, whether a boutique/bakery/home store or combo of all. The sky is the limit!
8. We have a sweet Golden Retriever named Daisy. We picked her up four days after we found out we were expecting Grayson!

This last year has been a fun whirlwind watching Grayson grow into a sweet toddler, and there’s no denying that the blog has taken a backseat. However, my hope is to put more energy in to this year now that he’s started a sweet preschool!
