Wow, time sure does fly! We’ve been engaged over a year and are now less than two months away from saying “I do!” In case you missed it, you can read all about our engagement story here.
I’ve been meaning to post about all things wedding, and just post more often in general, but let’s be honest…planning a wedding during COVID is stressful and takes up 99% of my “free” time.
With that said, I’m finally sharing how I asked my bridesmaids to be in our wedding!
I’ve seen a lot of creative ideas before, so it was so hard for me to choose what I wanted to do! I knew I wanted to incorporate our wedding colors and also give the girls something cute, useful, and, of course, monogrammed. Who doesn’t love that combination?! In the end, I landed on doing a pretty gold and white personalized bridesmaid box for each bridesmaid with little goodies inside.
I found the cutest shop on Etsy for anything you can dream of to put in a gift box! The shop is named ModParty and you can check them out here!
I had a hard time deciding what to put in the box because there were so many adorable items! After a ton of looking, I chose a monogrammed tumbler and monogrammed key chain, both from ModParty, and also included a personalized illustration for the card. The pretty cards are from the talented LoveFoxDesigns, also on Etsy.
Once I had received everything, it was time to assemble! I bought some fun pink confetti paper on Amazon and packed these boxes full. I shipped most of them through the mail so I wanted to make sure nothing broke in transit. To complete the box and add an extra pop of color, I tied pink satin ribbon around each. Can you take a wild guess what our wedding colors are 😉
My plan is to try to post more about our wedding as time allows! I love all things wedding, so I’m excited to share about ours with you.
